The Five-Stage Verification Matrix
Each profile proudly displays verified milestones. We maintain an uncompromising binary separation between attested documents and self-declarations.
Biometric & Physical Liveness
Government-issued identity validation through passive 3D spectral liveness and hardware NFC chip verification.
Legal name, date of birth, nationality, and physical presence against a live biometric match. Confirms you are the person on the document — not a copy, deepfake, or impersonator.
Does not verify honesty of intent, declared civil status, character, or suitability as a partner.
Civil Status Declaration
Member self-declares civil status under legal accountability. Misrepresentation activates the fraud liability covenant.
That a sworn declaration has been made and is attached to a verified identity. Creates legal accountability for accuracy.
This is a declaration, not an independently verified fact. Truvows has not checked public records. You are accountable for its truth.
Documentary Evidence Review
Human compliance team reviews submitted legal documents. Decree Absolutes, Grants of Probate, and Separation Agreements checked for format, jurisdiction, and consistency.
That the submitted document is consistent in format, jurisdiction markers, and visual integrity with the declared status. Court record redaction applied — no plaintext reproduction stored.
Does not independently verify the document against court registries. Authenticates consistency, not origin.
Discovery-Ready Gate
Profile enters matching only after passing Stages 01–03. No partial profiles appear in discovery. The gate is absolute.
That the member has completed all prior requirements. Discovery-Ready is a time-limited status — it does not indicate ongoing compliance.
Discovery-Ready status is not permanent. A profile that does not renew at the 180-day mark is automatically removed from discovery.
180-Day Mandatory Renewal
All declarations expire every 180 days. Identity re-liveness check required. Status changes must be re-evidenced. Non-renewal results in automatic profile suspension.
That the member's status and identity remain consistent at the point of renewal. Late or missing renewals result in automatic profile suspension — no override.
Renewal confirms consistency at a point in time. It does not guarantee a member's status has not changed between cycles.
Statutory Fraud Liability Covenant
Any member who knowingly provides false information — on civil status, identity, or documentation — activates the Truvows Fraud Liability Covenant. This includes referral to the National Fraud Authority, civil recovery action for costs, and cooperation with any law enforcement inquiry arising from the misrepresentation.
Court Record Redaction Standard
Truvows stores zero plaintext court records. All submitted legal documents are processed, checksummed, and redacted before storage. The original document is never retained — only a cryptographic confirmation of review outcome. This is our 0 Plaintext standard.
A note on adult discernment
Truvows verification establishes a baseline of identity and civil status. It does not assess character, emotional readiness, intentions, or compatibility. These remain matters of adult discernment — yours to evaluate through the conversation, the introduction, and the meeting. We remove the structural deceptions. We cannot remove the human ones.
