That you have made a sworn declaration of civil status. Truvows has not independently verified this status — it is your legal declaration.

Applicable Evidence Reviewed
Human review of submitted legal documents, including Decree Absolutes for divorced members.
That the submitted document is consistent with the declared status. Our compliance team reviews format, jurisdiction markers, and document integrity.

Discovery-Ready
Profile enters discovery only after Stages 01–03 are complete. No profile appears in matching without this gate.
That the member has passed all prior verification requirements. Discovery-Ready status expires every 180 days and must be renewed.

180-Day Renewal
Every 180 days, all declarations must be re-confirmed and identity re-liveness checked. Status changes must be re-evidenced.
That declarations remain current. A member who divorces after joining must update their status and re-submit evidence within the renewal window.
